What it is. The official Orologin.com e-commerce, a fully Italian online jewelry store with a general catalogue of watches, eyewear, jewelry and fashion accessories.

What the site contains:

  • over 30,000 products online, updated daily
  • more than 500 brands including Casio, Tissot, Seiko, Emporio Armani, Trussardi, Certina, Gaga' Milano, Q&Q, Lotus, Mayumi
  • categories: wristwatches, luxury watches, smartwatches, sunglasses and eyewear, necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, bags, wallets
  • Italian and English, time-limited discounts, integrated blog, wishlist and product comparator

What we built:

  • a custom API-based dropshipping module connected to foreign suppliers
  • automatic catalogue import and real-time price and stock sync
  • order routing to supplier warehouses and inventory alignment
  • management of 30,000+ SKUs with no physical stock and zero manual work

What it is. Luxislife.store e-commerce in the luxury and premium accessories segment: fine leather goods, luxury watches, high-end jewelry and eyewear, with a curated catalogue and elegant shopping experience.

What we built:

  • same API-based dropshipping module as Orologin, adapted for luxury positioning
  • curation logic: selective product import restricted to the target luxury segment
  • per-brand margin control and automatic exclusion of items not in line with premium tone
  • custom Fashinum theme with UX designed for the luxury segment

Tech stack: PrestaShop 8, PHP 8, MariaDB, customized Fashinum theme, advanced filters by gender and collection, product compare system, wishlist, editorial blog on luxury brands.

What it is. A cross-platform desktop application developed in-house by MontMara S.r.l. to manage prices, discounts and margins on PrestaShop e-commerce stores. Currently in production on Orologin.com and Luxislife.store for automated pricing rule application.

What it does:

  • Native multi-store support: each PrestaShop site is a profile with independent database, domain, VAT rate and commission configuration
  • Parametric discounts by category, brand and supplier, with batch application to selected rows
  • Combined filters on product status, discount condition, category and supplier, with live search across all columns
  • Automatic margin calculation accounting for marketplace fees (PayPal, Klarna, Stripe) and per-country VAT
  • "Time-limited products" category management for temporary discount campaigns, with a dedicated removal action
  • Configuration import/export in JSON between installations: moving the setup between PCs takes seconds
  • Google Analytics GA4 integration for real-time discount/sales correlation

The technical challenge. On catalogues with thousands of products, applying discounts via PrestaShop Webservice would take hours. PriceFlow bypasses the webservice and operates directly on the MySQL database with batch transactions, reducing the operation to minutes. Margin calculation accounts for payment fees and marketplace sales, consistent with the multi-store configuration.

Tech stack: Python 3, PySide6 (Qt Framework), MySQL connector, Google Analytics Data API integration, QSettings for local profile storage, PyInstaller for desktop distribution, JSON configuration export.

What it is. A digital menu for restaurants, built for Ristorante Il Rinascente: guests open it by scanning a QR code at the table, with nothing to install. Behind it, a back office lets the restaurant update dishes, prices, categories, allergens and languages on its own.

What it contains:

  • responsive public menu, readable on any smartphone
  • several menus active at once: daily menu, pizzas, seasonal menu
  • expandable categories with icons, allergens highlighted on every dish
  • multilingual: 3 languages, 5 menus, 12 categories, 134 dishes

What we built:

  • back office with dashboard and records for menus, categories, dishes, allergens and languages
  • QR codes to print on tables, always pointing to the current menu
  • instant publishing: every change goes live with nothing to reprint
  • custom look based on the restaurant's colours

Tech stack: PHP, MySQL, responsive Bootstrap, authenticated back office, QR codes, allergen management compliant with EU Reg. 1169/2011.
